Before You Visit Us
Just a few things you can bring with you when visiting our Showroom or preparing to meet with your Miller Brick consultant:
- Approximate budget
- Basic drawings
- Measurements and dimensions of project area
- Photos of the project site
- Pictures and/or magazines prints of ideas, likes, or dislikes
- Samples of windows, doors, siding, roof, carpet or other design elements needed for matching or color blending (for brick/stone selections)
- Addresses of homes or buildings that represent what you like
Terms and Conditions
Pallet Deposits
Some products may require a deposit of $16.00 per pallet, which is fully refundable when the pallets are returned to our yard in re-usable condition.
Product Warranty
Miller Brick represents the product warranty provided by the Manufacturer. Additional information can be provided to you by your Miller Brick Representative.
Return Policy
Special Order materials are a final sale. In-stock items may be returned with a receipt of purchase. They must be in a full strap or row quantity provided they are in resale condition. Returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.
Special Orders
In addition to the hundreds of in-stock items, Miller Brick can also special order materials that are not part of our inventory. A deposit is required to process a special order.
Units of Measure
Products are sold in varied units of measure as determined by the Manufacturer's guidelines. Paving stones are sold per square foot, slab products are sold per piece, and curb and wall products are sold per square foot or per unit.
Yard Pick-Up
Miller Brick is not liable for any damage to the purchaser's vehicle when loading and unloading materials in our yard.
