Miller Brick stocks full-face brick, thin brick veneer, and clay pavers for residential builds, historic renovations, and commercial developments. Whether you’re matching brick for a home addition, pricing out a commercial façade, or building a backyard walkway — our brickyard carries the selection and the straight pricing to get your project right the first time.
A brick façade carries a 99-year track record, longer than most exterior materials on the market today. It moderates indoor temperature through every season and blocks outside noise better than vinyl or wood siding. We carry full-face brick from Glen-Gery, McAvoy Brick, Watsontown Brick, and Bowerston Shale, with enough colors, textures, and finishes that matching an existing house is usually possible, not just building a new one.
Architects and builders specifying brick for commercial projects get the same depth of selection as a homeowner finishing a single addition. Our brickyard carries enough volume to support both without running short mid-project.
Thin brick veneer gives you the look of full-face brick without the structural weight. Here’s what that actually changes on a job:
Clay brick pavers add real load-bearing strength to walkways, driveways, and patios, and they’re built to take the daily traffic. Unlike standard concrete paving blocks that wear down, fade, and pit over time, fired clay brick holds its strength for decades.
Freeze-thaw cycles wear down cheaper paving materials fast in this climate. Fired clay brick holds up to those temperature swings far better than concrete alternatives, which is exactly why it’s been a Rochester staple for generations. We stock paver lines from manufacturers like Cambridge and Unilock, built for heavy-load performance.
Custom-engraved brick turns an ordinary wall, walkway, or courtyard into something permanent. It works as a memorial, a dedication, or simply a name on a building that will outlast everyone who laid it. It pairs naturally with our fireplace and stone veneer lines and with hardscape projects that need a distinct focal point.

The most reliable way to match brick is to bring us a physical sample, ideally a whole brick or a few pieces that show the natural color variation in your wall. If pulling a brick isn’t possible, clear photos work too, a close-up in natural light plus a wider shot of the whole wall. We’ll compare what you bring against what we carry and tell you honestly how close a match is realistic. Original brick gets discontinued over time, so a perfect match isn’t guaranteed, but we’ll get you as close as the market allows.
Yes, and fired clay pavers handle winter de-icing better than concrete pavers do, since the clay itself resists the chemical breakdown that salt causes in concrete. Calcium chloride melters are gentler on the sand joints than rock salt, so they’re the better choice when you have one. For snowblowing, set the blades slightly high or use a rubber guard edge, and skip the metal shovel right against the paver edges since that’s usually what causes chipping over time.
No, sealing isn’t required to protect the color on fired clay pavers, since the color comes from natural pigments fired directly into the clay rather than sitting on the surface the way it does on concrete. Sealing is entirely optional. Some homeowners apply a joint-stabilizing sealer anyway, not for color, but to harden the sand between the pavers, which can help cut down on weeds and discourage ants from digging in the joints.
We supply the material, not the installation. Most homeowners either install it themselves or already have someone lined up, and either way works fine with us. Our job is making sure you’ve got the right product and the right quantity before anyone starts. If you need a recommendation for an installer, just ask when you call. We can usually point you toward someone good.
It depends on the product and the shape it’s still in, so it’s worth a quick call to the yard rather than assuming there’s a blanket policy. Unopened, unused pallets have the best shot at being returned or exchanged. Honestly, if you’re not sure how much to order, it’s easier to have us help you work out the quantity upfront than to count on returning the extra later.
Whether you need 50 bricks for a repair or 50,000 for a commercial façade, Miller Brick has the selection, stock, and straight pricing to get your project right the first time.
